Tucked away just above a small hill 5 minutes drive from Ibiza centre. Can Kaki is a property of extraordinary charm that brings your soul and spirit serenity and relaxation. It’s surrounded by a vivacious garden of Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, fig trees, carob trees and herbs which wraps the guests up into Ibiza’s flora.
Upon entering the property one is greeted by an airy and spacious atmosphere. The typical Island decoration it is characteristic common to all rooms.
The property is divided among two distinct units. One enters the house directly into the kitchen, leading directly into a living room and then into another more spacious one with a fantastic wood fireplace. The living room opens up to fantastic views through massive windows. There is a private beach with sand brought all the way from Formentera where nothing can be heard except the birds singing. Up the stairs from the living room you can find two bedrooms with a corridor that opens to a terrace with olive trees and the swimming pool area.
Upon entering the property the guesthouse is located opposite side of the swimming pool area and includes two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and an outdoor shower. In the same space you can find the laundry facilities.
Can Kaki has been refurbished and decorated by one of the most renowned architects and interior designers in Spain. It’s all about comfort and integrating the property in the island style and landscape. With all modern amenities, the kitchen brings undeniable appeal for a guest’s fondness for cooking.
